Luz hurriedly scratched the ground with the tip of his sword and drew a circle around it on the asphalt. The scene remained for an instant suspended and lifeless. As his adversaries approached, a whitish halo began to appear on them. Wings seemed to sprout gleaming from their sides. She waited tensely in the circle with a defensive attitude. One of them touched the engraving with the tip of his golden sword and the line of the drawing caught fire. Soon the heat settled inside the circle, forcing her out of it. Leaping into the flames, the blades clashed, sending sparks of energy flying and forming a small starry firmament around them.
