In BEYOND by Romulo Royo, one of his latest works, captures a new scene of his imaginary Irkalla where the clues, the colors and the atmosphere are beyond our everyday life. In its personal Irkalla, its chromaticism is interspersed with such a personal formula that it takes us away from the real world, and provocation turns into sensitivity. It is a work that manifestly immerses us in a new universe outside the rules.

SKULL AND ROSES, in this work Romulo Royo strips us from additional messages to focus on that Irkalla where beauty and sensuality are its main axis and painting breathes and emanates even outside of the two dimensions. To than end, its nuanced background is almost palpable and its brushstrokes play to blur in such a way that we can get in at the feet of the great beyond.
DREAMS 2, is one of the renown historical works of Luis Royo. We have chosen it for this collection because of its challenging way of showing, for years now, that will of power of his feminine universe. Along its chromatic screen that slides from top to bottom, from deep darkness to blurred clarity, it leaves us cropped that gaze challenging the observer and leaving a clear message, in that indefinite space, she is the master.
