One of the first illustrations made for the character Malefic, published with a short review of the story, on the inside of the author's book Evolution page 77. After 12 years, the story has been developed and published in the trilogy Malefic Time: Apocalypse, 110 Katanas and Akelarre.

Suddenly, that old man began to stand up, became a tall and strong being, began to rise from the ground and huge wings, like tanned skin, appeared on his sides. I noticed how her body shuddered, but did not flee the place. A bluish light with flashes surrounded that being, spread his hands and took a position that reminded me of Velázquez's Christ. Between the hands emerged a large sword floating in space, had a very elaborate handle and carved with symbols that I could not see well from my window.
