A monolithic form looms crushing and oppressive among the rocks of the Irkalla. His gaze is tense. It is him and his departure is not going as he has planned. Not even his right hand. Marduk is pleasing him. Down in the forest, Marduk and Baal raise their swords. Like so many other times lost in time, they measure each other with their gazes.
