The Thirteen Moons was a hermetic sect under the lunar protection. It had been like that for hundreds of years. Under the feminine mantle it had come a long way throughout Asia, from its birth in the Tarim River Basin to its long years of consolidation on the east coast. There he settled in the city of Kowloon, and finally settled in Tokyo biding his time.
