In the western part of the city, mystical chants were sung incessantly, while on the eastern side the shields and weapons rattled.
The streets started to empty and people peered fearfully from the cracks in their windows. The morning sun brought dust and the blood of the battle: the Moon left with desire among the clouds surrounding her, with winds blowing at hurricane speeds. It was a message of passion such as which the city had never witnessed. That legend of love that had made its citizens proud had now become, more than ever, the omen of a tragic end.
