Qualifications for this position:

- Bachelor's degree, Art History or related degree.

- More than 1 year of experience in a similar position in a contemporary art gallery or art-related company preferred.

- Written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English C1; French is a plus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Working knowledge of a wide range of 20th century and contemporary art and artists.

- Proficient with PC, Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Word, as well as Adobe Photoshop. Proficiency with Prestashop and Mailchimp is a plus.

- Handling and being updated in the world of Social Media.



Position characteristics:

Upload and maintain content so writing and conceptualization skills are necessary. The platforms are bilingual EN/ES and the collectors are mostly English speakers so a high level of English is required. 

Responsible for contacting customers and suppliers, managing emails and writing web content for the company.

Responsible for social networks, attention to the collector (both virtual and physical), photo retouching, composition and preparation of final artwork. Management of the artistic archive, cataloguing of the works, as well as the packaging of these for shipment and follow-up. He/she will also collaborate in the realization of events with collectors and in the preparation and/or attendance to international fairs. 

He/she will also be in charge of researching and expanding the art market. You will develop new online products and will be in charge of the continuous improvement of the sales department both online and physical.

Academic practices

Laberinto Gris S.L. offers all university and school students related to the world of publishing and illustration (Graphic Design, Editorial Production, Art Curator, Marketing, Translation ...) the possibility of developing their academic practices with our team. Our objective is to contribute to reinforcing the knowledge of the students by giving them the opportunity to enter a real work round, always with the follow-up of a worker from our staff. We currently collaborate with several universities and schools. and we welcome some of their students annually.
