In the 80's, the entertainment industry and culture resorted to the image to lead their products. Book covers, film and video posters, etc. Were nourished by illustration. It was a few years where digital work had not appeared and photography had its limitations. The brushes of some artists of these new times were put at the service of a whole popular iconography that over the years has become a cultural reference and also object of collection. Laberinto Gris had pending to open this new section of the 80s with works from Luis Royo and offer thus its versatile variety of sorts during those years.
